Core Gameplay Loop

Grow a Garden follows a simple but addictive loop:

Buy Seeds → Plant → Wait → Harvest → Sell → Reinvest

As you progress, you unlock more complex mechanics like mutations, pets, and trading.

Planting and Harvesting

How to Plant

1. Open the Seed Shop from the menu
2. Select the seeds you want to buy
3. Go to your garden plot
4. Click on an empty spot to plant

Growth Mechanics

• Each crop has a base growth time
• Growth can be sped up with sprinklers and pet abilities
• Crops change appearance as they grow, indicating readiness

Harvesting

• Click on a fully grown crop to harvest
• Harvested crops go to your inventory
• Sell crops at the sell station for money

Mutations System

Mutations are special traits that make your crops more valuable:

• Random chance — Each crop has a chance to mutate when growing
• Multipliers — Mutations multiply the sell value (2x, 5x, 10x, or more)
• Stacking — Some mutations can stack for massive value multipliers
• Gear effects — Certain gear items increase mutation chances
